1. How is the TABAC Shop structured?

The TABAC Shop is assorted according to the various series ranges of TABAC ORIGINAL and TABAC MAN.

In the case of TABAC Original, a categorisation according to the various applications helps you to find what you are looking for.
 

2. How can I refine my search process?

As soon as you have decided on a series range, you can specify your search even more precisely.

3. Can I also search for a specific expression?

The search box at the top end of the shop allows you to search the shop with a certain a key word.

Order

How can I order from the TABAC Shop?

Place the desired article in the shopping basket by clicking the link button >Add to Cart<. the shopping basket works like a trolley at supermarket. you can take your time inspecting and selecting various articles before proceeding to check-out pay for them all together. individual items be removed from any or change desired amount number of items.>

When you want to finish your shopping spree, just click the button on the shopping basket page "Go to check-out". In this way, you launch the four necessary steps for the ordering process.


Ordering process:

Step 1

Step 2
Mode of payment:  In the second step, initially, the invoice address is entered; also in this case this is the standard address. After that, simply select the desired mode of payment. We offer you the possibility to pay either in advance or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or via PayPal. Furthermore, under >Comments

Step 3
Order overview:  In the third and final step, you are presented with an overview of your order with all selected entries. Now you can still make any changes in regard to the products, the addresses and the mode of payment before finally transmitting your order. Please make a final check of your order here.

By clicking >Order with payment liability

In addition, you receive an e-mail confirming the order data.

Shipment

1. What does shipment cost?

The standard TABAC Online shop shipment charge for shipment within Germany.

For an order value of [30.00 EUR] and more, shipment within Germany.

Return delivery

Can I return the ordered products?

Yes, you can send unopened and unused products back to us. To do this, please contact our customer service from Mo – Fr between 09:00 – 18:00 hrs. by telephone under 0241 705255050 or by e-mail to service@tabac.de.
